New Terms for Christmas Bookings

We are thrilled to have had so many Bookings last year for pets who wanted to stay with us during the festive season!

Like in the previous years, we will continue with our Christmas Tetris to ensure that we fill as many spots as possible, especially for our long-term clients and include other factors for Christmas Bookings.

Also, we introduced new deposit policies for Christmas bookings based on our experiences over the past two Christmases, where last-minute cancellations and booking changes were frequent.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, please take note of the following:

  • Our space is limited to 5 Dog Cabins, limited Dog Studio spots, also 24 Cattery and two Small Animal Spots. We rely on full occupancy to make the most out of this season. Please check the dates as final when you submit your booking request. For more information, check out our FAQ.
  • Just to let you know, even before the deposit is paid, we reserve the spot exclusively for your pet and will not accept other bookings for it. When you no longer need the spot, you must cancel the booking to prevent cancellation fees.

Our Special Christmas Booking Terms are:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required by 15 September. In case you pay the deposit earlier and cancel before or by 15 September, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before your pet’s stay begins.
  • All Bookings that are submitted to us after 15 September of the year, are subject to a non-refundable Deposit of 50% within seven days.
  • You can cancel for free within 24 hours after you submit your booking.
  • Please double-check the dates and service of the booking as final because if they are shortened, your booking may be moved back to the Waiting List for Christmas.
