Open Hours and Closed Days

We wanted to explain to you more about changes to our operations that will benefit all the pets in our care.

We must be firmer regarding our structured pick-up and drop-off schedule. This adjustment allows us to provide consistent care and establish a balanced routine for the dogs and cats. By adhering to designated times, we can allocate our resources efficiently and ensure the well-being of every furry friend.

We will as well more likely have only limited hours or be even closed on Public Holidays, Sundays when the following Monday is a Public Holiday or Bridge Days (Mondays or Fridays when a Public Holiday falls on a Tuesday or Thursday).

While we understand the unique scheduling constraints of our customers, accommodating outside-of-open hours would compromise the quality of care we provide. Our team is dedicated to maintaining a harmonious environment where all pets can thrive.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in following the pick-up and drop-off schedule. Your support contributes to the pets’ comfort, happiness, and overall experience.

We will still try to offer outside-of-open-hours pickup and dropoff, but that requires that a staff member is able to come for this appointment. Such requests will be charged in the range of $40 – $65 to cover these costs.

Keep in mind that running a Pet Boarding Facility means that we and our staff work seven days/week. The strict pick-up and drop-off schedule and closing on certain days should ensure a work/life balance for everyone working here. As Dogs and Cats feel the state of humans around them, this also benefits the pets in our care.
