News about Dog Day Care
First of all, we’d like to wish you a Happy New Year, and hope you’ve enjoyed some peaceful days at home with your human and furry family members.
We also know that the holidays are coming to an end for many of you, and that workdays sometimes start early — and for many Pet Parents, that isn’t a choice.
Not all dogs are early birds – but even when mornings start early, they can still be a calm and joyful experience.
What matters most is a day care that feels like an extension of home, not an interruption to routine – with human company, familiar routines, and an environment that feels more like a living room than a place of business, so pets arrive relaxed and happy.

As you know, We keep numbers small, introduce play groups carefully, and always have a dedicated team member present during play. We want that every dog is seen as an individual, not managed as part of a crowd.
But we also know that Dog Day Care has to fit your needs – and the experience show our environment works equally well for dogs who are early birds and those who prefer a slower start. So we can move to offer a new Add-On !

New: Early Drop-Off Option
This allows drop-off at any time between 7:00am and 7:30am.
The cost is $15 per booked day-care day, per dog family. This rate simply covers the staff to come in for an earlier start, ensuring that your Dogs arrive into the same calm, well-supported environment you already trust.
Because this option requires staff to be scheduled ahead of time, early drop-off is available for Dog Day Care subscribers, and we ask that it be booked in advance so we can plan staffing properly.
When you require a later Pick-Up between 5:30pm and 6:00 pm, please enquire for availability.
A small update to our size guidelines
We’ve also made a small, considered adjustment to our size guidelines. While our focus remains on dogs under 12 kg, we may accept dogs between 12 and 15 kg (up to 42 cm in height), depending on the individual dog and the group on the day. This allows us to stay flexible while still ensuring play groups remain calm, safe, and well matched.

Many of you have told us how much you value the calm, peaceful atmosphere here, and how much the setting itself matters. Set on a lifestyle block, our dogs enjoy outdoor time surrounded by nature, sheep, alpacas, and birds. Hearing from you that pets return home relaxed and happy is what matters most to us.
If you’d like more detail on how we structure play groups, supervision, and introductions, you can find this information anytime in our FAQ and our detailed description of our Dog Studio.
