Our PetVilla App is now available !
It makes booking and managing your pet’s boarding stay simple and convenient, right from your iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Beta Program
This is a Beta Version for iPhone/iPad.
We will procees your booking, but you cannot see Bookings submitted through our ProPetware Booking System.

What you can do
- Add and Manage your Profile, your Pets, Vaccinations and Bookings
- Easy Rebooking: Information is saved and prefilled on future bookings.
- Manage Vaccinations including Proof of vaccination (Photos) in the App
- Vaccination Reminder – even when your Pet is not staying with us.
- See your booking status – Track your booking from submission through confirmation live in the App and with Notifications
- Booking Update or Canncellation – Need to change dates or cancel? You can request changes directly from the app.
- Follow your Pet and its Friends – Browse photos of the pets in our care during their stay in our Paw Snapshots gallery.
- Browse and add services like Pet Taxi, CatVilla Cam, nature walks, medical services, and grooming
- Quick access — View our rates, opening hours, FAQ, and contact details without leaving the app.

- Get Instand Directions how to come to us
- Chat with our AI Aassistant Furry if you have questions.
- When your Pet in Home seems unwell – use our AI Pet Health Navigator and have chat (did not replace a Vet!)
- Use QR Codes that other Family Member share the same Pet, Vaccination and Booking Information and can update them too.
Some more technical Features
- Push Notifications – we keep you updated about your Booking Status, if Vaccination are missing, etc
- E-Mails – you get specific reminders what Vaccination for what Pet is missing for upcoming stays
- Convience Notification – your Pets Vaccination is on the way to Expire ? We let you know with an Indicator on the App
- Sharing with other Devices – Enable Cloud Sync to share your data between your iPhone, iPad and Mac.
- The Data are stored in our own Servers (not Third Party providers like Google, Amazon, etc)
- The App is available for iPhone, iPad and Apple Mac (M-Series)
What the App cannot do:
- The app is for submitting booking requests – your booking will be checked for availibilty by our team manually – but you’ll receive a notification about the outcome.
- Changes made through our online booking system (ProPetware) are not reflected in the app. For the most up-to-date booking details after confirmation, please log in to your ProPetware account. This is a limitation by ProPetware, so we have to copy your Information into ProPetware and has limited Options to sent updates back to you.
- No Login Required – If you delete and reinstall the app, enable Cloud Sync and you retrieve a Backup from our Cloud Server
- Even when the Rates can be seen in the app (Top Right Menu -> Rates), the app cannot calculate the Cost of your Booking Request – but you will receive an email with the Outcome of your Booking Request including the Breakdown of the Rates and Requirements
- When Availibilty or Costs did not fit. Cancel right out of the up withour Cancellation Fee within 24-48 hours.
